I want to know the availability of a product.

Whenever a product is displayed as “Active” means availability. If instead of a tab “Product Sold” appears means no existence of that product.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase may return the product within fourteen working days according to the schedule in your area, from receipt of order at the delivery address chosen.

Products must be in perfect condition, must not have been used more than mere product testing and should retain their original tags and packaging, and-if-original accessories and documentation elements, also in perfect condition.

If the returned product is produced without the original packaging, huipil CRAFTS ETHICS SL reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if we consider that the product has been depreciated.

Returns will not be accepted custom products according to customer specifications or manufactured, adapted or made from specifications.

Huipil reserves the right to deny the right to return goods in cases of violation of the provisions of these special conditions.

FORM OF EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

RETURN OF PRODUCTS – FACTORY DEFECTS AND / OR DAMAGE TRANSPORT:

If it is not possible to replace it, huipil CRAFTS ETHICS SL will inform the user that fact and proceed to pay the user corresponding to the product purchase amount.

In this case, the return of sums paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out as soon as possible and, subject always to the provisions of these terms and conditions.
